Providing exemplary DWI Classes which are Certified by TDLR (Texas Department and License Regulation). Our DWI Education (12-hour) course is required for a first time DWI/DUI offenders. The DWI-I Intervention (32-hour) course is for repeat or second time DWI/DUI's offenders. The DOEP (15 hour) course is for a drug related charge.
In addition, we provide DWI DUI SAE Assessments, Evaluations, Victim Impact Panel Class, Alcohol Awareness and Drug Awareness classes.
Our highly trained LCDC Counselors conduct adult Substance Use Assessments which are widely accepted in most of the United States.

This DWI Class is required of individuals with more than one DWI convictions. Department of Public Safety requires proof of completion for Texas state driver's license. Texas DWI Classes are comprised of Lifestyles Stress and Coping, Values and Self-Esteem, Positive Thinking, Irrational Beliefs, Goal Setting, Physiological and Psychological Effects of Drugs, Alcoholism and the Chemical Dependency Process, Alcohol and the Family, Co-dependency, Treatment Options and 12-Step Self-Help Group, Thinking for Success, Relapse Prevention, Problem Solving and the creation of an Action Plan.

The DWI education Drug Offender Program is a 15-hour online program designed to meet the Texas State DWI and Drug Education requirement for individuals with a current or previous drug conviction. This course will increase the offender's knowledge of the dangers of drug abuse and associated illegal activities, to identify their own individual drug-use patterns, and to assist them in developing a personal action plan to reduce the probability of suffering the consequences of future drug usage and illegal behavior.
Course topics include history of drug abuse, drug and DWI laws, dynamics of drug use, how drugs work, cost of use and abuse, health issues, HIV, interpersonal relationships, de-glamorization of drugs, values and behaviors, getting control of your life, resources, and creating a personal action plan.

The Online Education Victim Impact Panel is designed to increase awareness of participants. It educates them on the impact of drinking or drugging has on themselves and others. The Victim Impact Panel is usually, but not always, completed as a condition of probation. If you have not yet been convicted and are taking courses either in anticipation of probation, or to build a statement of character for the courts, this course is highly recommended. This online course normally coincides with DWI Education and is presented by people who have been personally affected by a DWI. The presentation will include personal testimony on the tragic consequences of DWI.

This course is required of individuals convicted of a first offense DWI. Failure to complete the program within 180 days from the date probation was granted will result in the license revocation.
The DWI Education Program is 12 hours (over 3 days) and is designed to help DWI offenders increase their knowledge about alcohol and drugs as these substances relate to driving. Texas Laws relating to DWI, effects of alcohol/drugs on humans, alcohol/drugs and driving task abilities, chemical dependency, symptoms of dependency, sources of assistance, costs of DWI, and decision making.

Ordered by DPS, DMV, Court, Attorney, Probation, generally to determine eligibility for DWI classes. These clients have failed their drug/alcohol screening and their license to drive has been suspended pending an evaluation or have been ordered by Courts to have a Substance Use Evaluation. It identifies high or low probability of substance use disorders and includes a prescription drug scale that identifies individuals likely to be abusing prescription medications. In addition, provides a measure of profile validity and clinical insight into level of defensiveness and willingness to acknowledge experienced consequences of alcohol or drug use.
